A Message from Owner Bill Todd
My parents were very sociable individuals who enjoyed gardening and engaging with others. They possessed generous hearts and always made others feel welcome. As it became challenging for them to maintain their cherished independence, we decided to seek assistance.
The Struggles of Finding Quality Care
We engaged an in-home care agency to help with daily tasks, enabling them to continue enjoying independence in their home. However, my father frequently reported that caregivers were either late or took money and personal items from their home. Despite trying other caregivers, the situation did not improve significantly.
Eventually, they moved into an assisted living facility, where issues persisted, including the disappearance of items, inadequate staff attention for cleaning and personal needs.

The Birth of Todd’s In-Home Care
After my mother passed away, I relocated my father closer to me and found an excellent team to provide his care. The caregivers were dependable and made his time at home highly enjoyable.
This experience motivated me to establish Todd’s in Home Care. For me, it is not merely a business; it is deeply personal. Our mission is to offer the highest quality care, parallel to what I sought for my own parents. For over twenty years, we have proudly served aging adults and their families.
